Try these 2 healthy breakfast ideas!

Follow my recipe for a step by step process for 2 delicious breakfast ideas!! 

On a nice Sunday morning there is nothing better than sleeping in a little extra, brewing your favorite cup of coffee and making these delicious recipes is the best way to start off any day!

On mornings where I’m not doing an intermittent fast, I’ll choose to make a light breakfast! My 2 favorite recipes are fluffy strawberry pancakes and a yummy chocolate granola for a yogurt parfait! Both are quick, easy and delicious. Making a healthy breakfast at home can easy! 

🍓Fluffy Strawberry pancakes:

Ingredients

  • – 1 cup of oat flour
  • – 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • – 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • – 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • – 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries or any berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of flax seeds

You can always play around with the ingredients and change out the oat flour for regular flour or almond flour. The same goes for the milk option! You can also add in any other ingredients and add in any fruits that are in season!

🍓Step 1:

Stir in:

  • Oat flour
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Flax
  • Chia seeds 

🍓Step 2:

Pour in a medium size bowl:

  • Oat milk
  • Egg
  • Coconut oil
  • Vanilla
  • Maple syrup
  • Strawberries 

🍓Step 3:

Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a bowl.

🍓Step 4:

Mix until well blended.

🍓Step 5:

In a pan add the batter into the pancake size of your choice!

🍓Step 6:

Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry. This should take 2 to 3 minutes.

🍓Step 7:

Flip and cook until browned on the other side, about 2 minutes more. This recipe yields around 9 pancakes!

This next recipe is a one pan chocolate granola dish that is quick and easy !

🍫Chocolate granola:

If you want to check it out you can click here !I like to incorporate cacao into easy recipes so I can eat a delicious chocolaty breakfast or snack and take advantage of all the lovely benefits of cacao! I prefer to eat this recipe in a yogurt parfait topped with other added fruits!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1tbsp goji berries
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ maple syrup

🍫Step 1:

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.

🍫Step 2:

Combine all the ingredients in a baking pan.

🍫Step 3:

Prepare a baking sheet and lay out the granola batter in an even layer.

🍫Step 4:

Bake the granola for 15- 20 minutes.

🍫Step 5:

Every 5 minutes open the oven and mix the batter.

🍫Step 6:

Let the granola cool and enjoy in any way that you’d like 🙂

In severe cases the only solution may be surgical intervention where the spinal curvatures are corrected through the installation of rods to keep the spine straight. There is also the use of braces for those that are still growing to promote proper spinal development.
