Ok so hear me out, I started doing this one thing every morning and it helps me kick start my day.. Ice rolling my face and let me tell you, it certainly helps me to wake up in the morning ! It’s been over one month since I started doing this morning ritual and I thought I would share my take on this trend! Sure this is mostly a skincare trend , but it’s more of a wellness routine practice in my personal experience that comes with added benefits.

I think the process is pretty straightforward, you can either use a tool made specifically for ice rolling, and there are so many variations out there that you place in the freezer or you can do what I do and it’s to use ice cubes. - Use a Light Touch: Apply gentle pressure, not too much.
